Her work brings to life a harmonious balance of abstract organic formations in soft, earthy tones.

Laura primarily works with interior design studios as well as private and industry clients to create paintings for residential and commercial spaces.

Her artwork can be seen in a number of iconic hotels and restaurants including The Hoxton Hotels in Holborn and Shepherd’s Bush, The Anantara Plaza in Nice France, as well as The Savoy Hotel and The Newman Hotel in Fitzrovia.

Laura’s focus on being a sustainable artist is at the core of her artistic practice.

Starting in 2025, all pieces by Laura Wickstead will be painted using UK made eco-friendly acrylic paint on 12oz cotton canvas. This will be stretched over museum standard stretcher bars made from 100% PEFC certified pine and stapled into place using recyclable stainless steel staples.
